Antigone/Socrates Tragedy

              Pity is a sympathetic sorrow evoked by the suffering of others, and in other hand the meaning of fear is an experience of anxiety.  In the situations of the story of Antigone, her death is one  tragedy happened, where she show to the people of heroic action that she had  done for her brother. She want to inform to all the people that we need to practice some respect and put up our dignity even though were dead. Antigone also show to her Sister Ismene (as women power) that you have to stand of what you believe for, do not  be afraid  to fight the right thing to do. She wants to spread the word that she violate  the order of the King Creon about the dead body of her brother. In this way people would know that is about time to do some change about the society. 

               Practically speaking there are more words or emotion can relate to tragedy but according to Aristotle pity and fear have a connection in each other bring up the the beauty of wonders. In the situation of the King Creon, in the middle of his notoriety as a powerful person after the death of Antigone and his son Haimon, his sad and he most likely realized that his alone, no family . Now the feeling of apprehensiveness will come out into his mind as a King , the power that he had was seem useless . All the people get together  and unite and want the justice. Through this scenario I strongly  believe that the King will change her attitude towards those people. 

                In the movies even though the story is not really good but the actor/actress who portrayed the rules are  very good . While you watching you feel the cathartic experience, and all off the sudden your crying, sad  or mad. In this process of emotional coming out , unintentionally cleansing the our emotional stress that we have experiencing into ourselves. For me its a good way of letting out with in ourselves and after crying out it feels good and satisfied.

                As Aristotle saying that in  tragedy , a happy ending doesn't make us happy but for me I believe  it give us lesson of why it happened or it will give us a hints that we may have done wrong doing that we need to change.
